eBay has announced a new partnership with Reskinned, sustainable preloved clothing repair and resale \u201cspecialists\u201d, to expand the online marketplace\u2019s offering of preloved items and reduce growing fashion waste.<\/h4>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Reskinned<\/strong><\/a> takes back worn items from shoppers and reconditions them for resale, repurpose or recycling, which keeps the articles out of landfill and extends the product\u2019s life.<\/p>\n

The new partnership represents an expansion of eBay\u2019s offering of preloved clothing<\/a> to include a wide range of items which have been repaired and made fit for resale. It will also connect Reskinned with the marketplaces\u2019 over 20 million shoppers through a \u201cbrand approved\u201d shopfront.<\/p>\n

In 2021, eBay says it helped save over 17,770 tonnes of fashion items out of landfill \u2013 the equivalent of 1,404 double-decker buses.<\/p>\n
